Ann L. Miller ("Ann") and her husband Richard A. Miller ("Richard") (collectively, "the Millers") appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Dr. Glenn L. Dobbs, D.O. ("Dr. Dobbs"), and Partners in Health (collectively, "the Defendants").
