Case Summary

Troy Wilson ("Wilson") was convicted after a jury trial of Possession of Marijuana, as a Class A misdemeanor1, and Driving While Intoxicated, as a Class A misdemeanor.2 He now appeals his conviction for Driving While Intoxicated.
