STATEMENT OF THE CASE

PNC, National Association, successor to National City Bank, and successor by merger with National City Bank of Indiana (collectively, "the Bank") appeals the trial court's decision in favor of Cross/Counter Claimant INTA, LLC ("INTA") in an action filed by the Bank against LA Development, Inc. ("LA Development"), Andrew L. Arbuckle ("Arbuckle"), Robert J. Lane ("Lane"), and INTA.
