STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Petitioner, Oscar Dumont (Father), appeals from the trial court's Order denying his Verified Petition for Rule to Show Cause, Enforcement of Marital Settlement Agreement and Modification of Marital Settlement Agreement in favor of Appellee-Respondent, Michelle Dumont (Mother).

We affirm.
