Case Summary

Robert Cochrane, John Bales, and Gregory Rankin, shareholders of CBR Event Decorators, Inc., appeal the trial court's judgment entered against CBR in favor of Todd M. Gates. The shareholders challenge the trial court's decision to pierce the corporate veil and hold them personally liable for the judgment against CBR.
