("ESC"), ESC Group Limited ("Group") (collectively, "the Company"), and Tom Anderson appeal the trial court's dismissal of their complaint against General Drivers, Warehousemen, and Helpers Union Local 142, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (collectively, "the Union"), and Steven Parks.
