In Bennett v. Richmond, 960 N.E.2d 782 (Ind.2012), another case handed down today, we hold that the trial court did not abuse its discretion under Indiana Rule of Evidence 702 by admitting certain expert testimony that was offered by a personal injury plaintiff in a rear-end collision case. In this case, we hold that the same trial court similarly did not abuse its discretion by admitting expert testimony...
