T.S. appeals the Tippecanoe Circuit Court's denial of T.S.'s request that he be removed from the Sexual Responsibility Program ("SRP") at Logansport State Hospital ("the Hospital"). On appeal, T.S. presents six issues, relating both to the propriety of his commitment and the propriety of his continued participation in the SRP.
