Appellant-Defendant Anthony Dye appeals following his guilty plea to Class B felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon1 ("SVF") and a jury's finding that he is a Habitual Offender,2 by virtue of which his twenty-year SVF sentence was enhanced by thirty years.
