Case Summary

Appellant-plaintiffs Jeff Castetter ("Castetter"), Tony Jones, David Strode, and Matthew Hickey1 (collectively, "the Appellants") appeal the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment and its grant of appellee-defendant Lawrence Township's ("Lawrence") motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
