MAY, Judge.

Cedric Tharpe appeals his conviction of Class A felony attempted murder.1 He raises the following issues for our review:

1. Whether Tharpe was denied his right to a fair and unbiased judge; 2. Whether the trial court abused its discretion when it denied Tharpe's motion for a continuance; and 3. Whether the State presented sufficient evidence to convict Tharpe.
