Jeffrey D. Lacher ("Lacher")1 and numerous employees (collectively, "the Employees") of Bemis Company, Incorporated ("Bemis") appeal from an adverse determination of their claims for unemployment benefits by the Review Board ("Review Board") of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development ("the Department").
