STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Lisa A. Davis, pro se, appeals the decision of the Review Board of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development ("Review Board"), which affirmed the decision of the administrative law judge ("ALJ") determining that she had been terminated for cause and, therefore, was not eligible for unemployment benefits.
