STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Shannon Saddler (Saddler), appeals her sentence for criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, Ind. Code § 35-43-1-2(a)(1)(A)(i).

We reverse and remand with instructions.
