OPINION

BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

Craig R. Benson appeals the trial court's order finding him in contempt. We affirm.

Issues

Benson raises two issues, which we restate as:

I. whether the trial court properly denied his motion to dismiss the contempt petition; and II. whether the trial court had jurisdiction to order him to pay $75,000 to the Morgan County Clerk.
