John Fiederlein, M.D. ("Fiederlein") filed a complaint against Alex Boutselis, M.D. ("Boutselis") and Steve Jones, M.D. ("Jones") (collectively "the Defendants") alleging breach of contract, promissory estoppel, unjust enrichment, conversion, criminal conversion, interference with employment relationship, and fraud.
