On May 13, 2008, Isaiah Omondi Otieno, (Otieno), a Kenyan citizen and a student in Cranbrook, British Columbia, was mailing a letter to Kenya to his parents, Dalmas Maurice Otieno Anyango and Jane Tinna Agola Otieno, (collectively, "the Otienos"), when a Bell 206B Jet Ranger Helicopter stalled, fell to the ground, and instantly killed him. The helicopter was manufactured in Texas by Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., (Bell Helicopter)....
