OPINION

BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

T.W. appeals the decision by the Review Board of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development ("Review Board") regarding his unemployment benefits. We reverse and remand.

Issue

T.W. raises four issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the Review Board properly found that he was ineligible to receive unemployment benefits as a result of his failure to disclose self-employment.
