Appellant-Defendant Martin Roy Emerson appeals his convictions for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor,1 and Operating a Vehicle While Driving Privileges are Forfeited for Life, a Class C felony.2 We affirm.
