STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Great Lakes Transfer, LLC ("Great Lakes Transfer") and Darren S. Kaletha and Gina Kaletha ("the Kalethas") (collectively, "Great Lakes Transfer") appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment to the Porter County Highway Department ("the Highway Department") and the Porter County Board of Commissioners ("the Board") (collectively, "Porter County").
