BROWN, Judge.

Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber ("Coldwell") appeals the trial court's grant of its own motion to correct error and raises three issues, which we revise and restate as:

I. Whether the trial court erred by ruling on its own motion to correct error on the basis that it did not timely file its own motion to correct error; II. Whether the trial court had jurisdiction to grant its own motion to correct error; and
