Case Summary

Vincent M. Butler Jr. appeals the trial court's revocation of his probation. Butler contends that he did not knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily waive his right to counsel and that the trial court abused its discretion by imposing the balance of his four-year previously-suspended sentence.
