STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant/Cross-Appellee, American Family Home Insurance Company (American), appeals the trial court's Order granting a new trial in favor of Appellee-Plaintiff/Cross-Appellant, Rick Bonta (Bonta).
