STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Jeffrey Wooten appeals the trial court's revocation of his probation. Wooten asserts that he was not on probation at the time of the trial court's order and, therefore, he is being wrongfully imprisoned. The State asserts that this court has no jurisdiction over Wooten's appeal because Indiana Post-Conviction Rule 2 does not permit belated appeals from the revocation of probation.
