RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), appeals the trial court's Order refusing to set aside a default judgment entered in favor of Appellee-Plaintiff, Gary R. Love (Love), with respect to Love's Complaint asserting underinsured motorist benefits.

We affirm, in part, reverse, in part, and remand for further proceedings.
