After concluding that Appellant Steven Weinreb ("Weinreb") defaulted on a loan guaranty, the Marion Superior Court granted summary judgment in favor of the predecessor in interest to Appellee TR Developers. Weinreb filed a Trial Rule 60(B) motion and argued that his signature on the loan guaranty was forged. The trial court denied Weinreb's first Rule 60(B) motion, and Weinreb later filed a second Rule 60(B) motion alleging the same...
