STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Tracey L. Beswick ("Beswick") and his wife, Ruthie Beswick, (collectively, "the Beswicks") appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services ("Floyd Memorial") in the medical malpractice action that they brought against Edward E. Bell, M.D. and Floyd Memorial.

We affirm.
