Case Summary

The Hunt Construction Group, Inc., and Mezzetta Construction, Inc., (collectively, "Hunt Construction")1 appeal the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment and the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment to Shannon D. Garrett. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
