Our court has granted the permissive interlocutory appeal filed by Donnie Salyer ("Salyer") challenging the Starke Circuit Court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained during a search of his residence. Salyer argues that the search warrant was invalid because the address and description of his property contained on the warrant were incorrect.
