STATEMENT OF THE CASE

After Bradley Peaver initiated a direct appeal of his conviction for Child Exploitation, a Class C felony, he filed a Davis/Hatton petition,1 which this court granted. Peaver then filed a petition for post-conviction relief alleging ineffective assistance of trial counsel, which the post-conviction court denied.
