STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Kelvin Heyen (Heyen), appeals his conviction for dealing in methamphetamine, a Class B felony, Ind.Code § 35-48-4-1.1 and for being an habitual offender, I.C. § 35-50-2-8.

We affirm.
