Matthew Banks Ashworth ("Father") and Kathryn (Ashworth) Ehrgott ("Mother") have two children and divorced in Tennessee in 2006. Father was ordered to pay alimony and $2500 per month in child support to Mother. Mother later remarried and relocated to Indiana with the children.
