STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Larry Rodts appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment for Heart City Automotive, Inc. ("Heart City"). Rodts raises the following two issues for our review:

1. Whether his oral contract for employment with Heart City is unenforceable under Indiana's Statute of Frauds. 2. Whether a deferred compensation scheme constituted "wages" under Indiana law.
