OPINION

NAJAM, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Gregory Johnson appeals his conviction for Refusal to Identify Self, a Class C misdemeanor, following a bench trial. He presents two issues for our review:

1. Whether the State presented sufficient evidence to support his conviction. 2. Whether his misdemeanor conviction violates Article I, Section 16 of the Indiana Constitution.

We affirm.
