The plaintiffs John Dyer, David White, and Maurice Dillender (collectively "the Landowners") own land on the Ohio River. They asked for an injunction and damages, claiming boat docks owned by James Hall and the Nu-Plaza Yacht Club (collectively "Hall") extend in front of their lots and interfere with their use of the river.
