Since the age of twelve, J.J. has struggled with mental health problems, substance abuse, and anger management. He has had far too many contacts with the juvenile justice system for someone of such tender years. J.J. has been given every chance to work to solve his problems and comply with the rule of law, but he has continued to reoffend. In just a few short years, J.J. exhausted...
