The Hamilton Superior Court ordered attorney David A. Anderson and the law firm of Anderson & Associates, P.C. (collectively "Anderson") to pay attorney fees to the Estate of Timothy P. Brazill ("the Estate") and attorney Judy G. Hester ("Hester"), as a discovery sanction.
