KIRSCH, Judge.

Howard Allen Deel ("Husband") appeals the trial court's ruling following contempt proceedings brought by his former wife Albia Ruth Deel ("Wife") for failure to comply with the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage ("Decree"). Husband raises the following restated issues for our review:
