Case Summary

Beulah Evans appeals the dismissal of her petition for judicial review. We reverse.

Issues

Evans raises one issue, which we restate as:

I. whether the trial court had subject matter jurisdiction over her petition for judicial review; and II. whether the trial court had personal jurisdiction over the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration ("FSSA").
