Jimmy Atteberry ("Atteberry") was convicted in Marion Superior Court of murder and Class A felony rape. Atteberry appeals and presents three issues, which we reorder and restate as follows:

I. Whether the trial court erred in admitting Atteberry's statement to the police into evidence; II. Whether the trial court erred in admitting testimony that Atteberry's DNA was included in a national DNA database; and...
