Appellant-Plaintiff K.M.K. ("Mother") appeals the trial court's order granting Appellee Jeffry Price's motion to dismiss. Mother contends that the trial court erred in granting Price's motion to dismiss because she had adequately set forth claims upon which relief can be granted.
