Billy Atwood ("Atwood") appeals his convictions after a jury trial of possession of paraphernalia1 as a Class A misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle while privileges are suspended2 as a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of cocaine3 as a Class B felony.
