The Marion Superior Court found J.A. to be a delinquent child for committing two acts of child molesting which, if committed by an adult, would be Class B and Class C felonies. The trial court subsequently denied J.A.'s motion for relief from judgment, which alleged ineffective assistance of trial counsel.
