Patricia Popovich appeals the dismissal of her complaint against Dr. John R. Danielson. Because the Medical Malpractice Act governs three of Popovich's claims, she needed to obtain an opinion from a medical review panel prior to filing her complaint, and the trial court properly determined it lacked jurisdiction over those claims.
