Ace Bail Bonds, American Bail Bond Company, Bertholet Bail Bond, and Express Bail Bond (collectively, the "Bail Agents") appeal the trial court's order: (1) granting the release of the Bail Agents' $2,500 bond to Government Payment Service, Inc.
