Facts and Procedural History

On March 19, 2002, Brian Woods was charged in a seven count Information with various drug related offenses. Under terms of an agreement, Woods pleaded guilty to two of the seven counts: conspiracy to commit dealing in cocaine as a Class A felony and dealing in marijuana as a Class D felony. In exchange for his plea, the State dismissed the remaining counts and Woods was sentenced to a total term of twenty years...
