¶ 1 Following a jury trial, defendant-appellant Andre Hilliard was found guilty of attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm and sentenced to 15 years in prison plus a mandatory 25-year firearm enhancement, for a total of 40 years' imprisonment....
