¶ 1 The plaintiffs, a husband and wife, appealed from jury verdicts in favor of the defendants, a liquor store and one of its employees, in the plaintiffs' separate actions alleging violations of the Illinois Human Rights Act (775 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq.
