¶ 1 Defendant Timothy Petermon shot and injured one man and shot at an off-duty police officer who came on the scene and was attempting to make an arrest. Petermon seeks to reverse his convictions for attempted first degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm, and aggravated battery, contending reasonable doubt exists.
