¶ 1 Defendant Thomas Strobel was arrested and charged with the misdemeanor offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol (625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(2) (West 2012)) and speeding (625 ILCS 5/11-601(b) (West 2012)).
